About The NAWF
The NAWF brings together promoters from the present and past. We're also working with a retired Michigan pro wrestling legend to help bring the fans the best shows possible.
Michigan has a lot of great wrestling promotions and of course incredible talent. The goal of the NAWF is to bring in some of the best Michigan talent and mix them in with professional wrestlers from Indiana, Ohio and Canada. We're looking to introduce some fresh exciting talent to the Michigan wrestling scene.
Were going to make it our priority to give the fans the best shows possible, in a reasonable amount of time and create a family friendly environment.
The NAWF is looking to help local charities in fundraising. Starting with our debut show June 30th we're raising money for "A Mission Of Love" a national 501(c)3 childhood cancer charity. The title of the debut show is called "Body Slam Cancer". Which was inspired by the late Stephaine K Marshall (7/8/01 - 4/11/15)
As the NAWF grows it will eventually become a 501(c)3 charity on its own. The mission of that charity will be to assist with multiple causes. One of them is raising awareness for bullying and the impact it has on children.
Inspired by one of our partners in the shows Johnny Badwheels, we would also like to assist people suffering from Paraplegia. There is a lot of financial stress caused by being paraplegic. Such as...
Needing money for wheel chairs, hand controlled vehicles and ramps for their home. Just to name a few.
We're looking forward to start entertaining professional wrestling fans on Sunday June 30th. Live from Grizzly's Bar and Grill, 1519 Oak St, Wyandotte, MI 48192. Doors open at 4:00 PM for front row ticket holders and 4:30 PM for general admission ticket holders.
Bell time is 5:00 PM
